Samir Nasr

Samir Nasr is a Mortgage Banker with The Federal Savings Bank who is dedicated to helping clients make informed financial decisions and achieve their homeownership goals. Originally from Seattle and now residing in Miami, Samir brings a unique combination of financial expertise, fiduciary responsibility, and a client-first approach to every relationship he builds. He believes trust, transparency, and education are the foundation of a successful lending experience and works closely with clients to help them navigate some of life’s most important financial decisions with confidence.

A graduate of the Michael G. Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, Samir began his professional career with a premier investment management institution following graduation in 2021. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about helping individuals uncover opportunities to strengthen their financial position and maximize long-term value. His commitment to serving others and delivering exceptional results earned him recognition as a recipient of the Seattle Inno Under 25 Award in 2023 by the Puget Sound Business Journal. Guided by his faith and a belief in creating a judgment-free environment, Samir encourages open and honest conversations that allow him to better understand his clients’ needs and develop personalized solutions tailored to their goals.

Outside of work, Samir enjoys challenging himself through chess, running, and fitness training. These pursuits help him stay focused, disciplined, and balanced while enjoying life in South Florida. Above all, he values time spent with family and especially enjoys being a proud “funcle” to his niece. His strong family values, passion for helping others, and dedication to building meaningful relationships continue to shape both his personal life and professional approach to serving clients.
