Joe Jackson studied business at Cleveland State University before entering the banking industry in 2001. Starting out at a finance company, he learned the basics of lending over the next four years before transitioning to the mortgage industry. He helped build a small mortgage business with only 5 employees to a more robust and stable mortgage lending company with over 75 employees. This was where Joe discovered the joy of working with first-time homebuyers and cherishing photos of them standing proudly on the front porch of their new home.
Joe Jackson joined The Federal Savings Bank as a Senior Vice President in January 2024. Over the course of his extensive career, he has helped homeowners in every state realize the dream of homeownership. He loves helping people and working through the unique challenges that come with each individual buyer. In total, Joe and his team have helped over 7,000 first-time homebuyers with home loans.
Originally born in North Carolina, Joe moved to Ohio as a young boy where he currently resides. He loves the outdoors, spending time with family and friends camping, mostly enjoying sitting by fires. He is also an avid sports fan – he loves his Cleveland sports teams and is often especially proud of his Ohio State Buckeyes. When he’s not working, enjoying the outdoors, or watching sports, Joe spends his time studying history and loves to travel, having been to 49 states and many different countries.
