Carlos Trevino graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Business Administration. After obtaining his degree, Carlos began his extensive career in the mortgage lending and financial services. As a longtime resident of California, he has spent many years as a Loan Officer and a Business Development Manager helping home buyers with assistance programs. Carlos is now dedicated to bringing awareness and education of the federally regulated and insured Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HUD/FHA HECM) to seniors in his community and across the nation. Carlos states, “There is nothing better than working with active adult homeowners every step of the way to ensure that all of their questions and concerns are addressed”.
With over 19-years of real estate and mortgage lending experience, Carlos has the knowledge and expertise to help homeowners ages 62 or older. Having assisted hundreds of clients, he understands how to walk through the process with his clients, step-by-step, in an organized and efficient manner. Carlos assures that his clientele receive superior guidance as they pursue one of the most personal investments of their lives.
Carlos resides in the city of Vacaville, California with his wife of 20 years. He and his wife are both very active in community volunteer services. They also enjoy being representatives for the Employer Support of Guard and Reserves (ESGR), a branch of the Department of Defense (DoD), hoping to serve senior veterans as they become aware of the HECM program. In their spare time, they enjoy spending quality time with their family and friends.
