Brittney Juergens is originally from Moorhead, Minnesota. Brittney has always had a passion for working with and helping others. As soon as she realized that this career path would allow her to do so day in and day out, the rest was history! She joins us here at The Federal Savings Bank eager to get to work.
Although Brittney is new to the mortgage industry, she has gained plenty of “people experience” from her time in the beauty industry. She has learned the value of loyalty and communication. Brittney plans to treat every one of her customers as if they were family, because she knows that is how she would want to be treated if the roles were reversed. She also prides herself on maintaining open and honest communication throughout every step of the process. This allows her to better understand her client and their goals, and it takes a good amount of stress and worry off their plate. Anyone who works with Brittney is in great hands!
Brittney currently resides in the Pinehurst, North Carolina area with her Army husband, their three young daughters and two dogs. When Brittney is not working, she can be found spending time with her family, or relaxing outside, most likely near a lake. She also enjoys brunch and a good documentary!
