Robert Frankovich began his extensive career in mortgage lending and financial services as a mortgage banker and quickly became one of top bankers in the United States. He has held several different positions from mortgage loan officer to retail branch sales manager. He credits his success to always putting the customer’s needs first, staying on top of all changes within the mortgage industry, and ensuring his clients know they have a mortgage banker they can trust with their family’s home financing needs.
With over 18 years of real estate and mortgage lending experience, Robert has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to achieve their financial goals. He has handled all mortgage types from conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA home purchase and refinances as well as reverse mortgages. He prides himself on taking the time needed to understand his customer’s immediate and long-term goals in order to better guide them to the best financial solution to help them achieve those goals. Having helped countless of clients, he understands how confusing the home finance process can be and he works hard to walk each client through the process in an organized and efficient manner. Robert resides in Plainfield, Illinois with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, and enjoys watching the Chicago Cubs, Bulls, and Bears! Robert also has a son who suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), so Robert and his family are relentless in finding a cure for this neurological disease.
