Nickeita (Nicki) Oliver attended Thomas Edison State University in her home state of New Jersey, where she studied Human Resource Management. While in school she worked as a bank teller and her interest in helping people was ignited. This led her to a career in residential and commercial Property Management, allowing her the opportunity to foster her passion to advocate and exceed the needs/wants of her residents.
After several years in the real estate industry, Nicki took the advice of friends and family and segued into a career in mortgages. Her previous experience in banking and real estate couples prepared her well for her current role. Furthermore, Nicki understands that homeownership is often emotional and can be overwhelming, whether it’s your first home purchase or a refinance. For this reason, she prides herself on taking the time needed to understand her customers immediate and long-term goals, finding the best financial solution to achieve their objectives. She often refers to her clients as family and treats them as such.
When she isn’t working for her clients, Nicki enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She’s always up for a chance to hear live music, travel, or have her family act as taste testers for new recipes she’s working on. Nicki also enjoys any opportunity to spoil her two Pomeranian “fur babies”.
