Ken Navarro grew up in Pueblo, Colorado and graduated from the Pueblo Law Enforcement Academy with a degree in Criminal Justice. After obtaining his degree, he decided to begin his extensive career in the financial services and mortgage lending industry. He spent some years locally as an Area Sales Manager and climbed to a Regional Sales Manager role before tapping into his entrepreneurial spirit and making the move to become a loan officer. A Colorado native, Ken has continued to build a career in his community as a reliable and talented Mortgage Banker.
With over 24 years of mortgage lending experience, Ken has a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to attain their financial goals of homeownership. He prides himself on taking the time needed to understand his clients’ goals and finding the best solution to achieve their financial objectives. His clients and colleagues know him best for his reliability, trustworthiness, and leadership. He attributes much of his success to a simple principle of never asking his team or anyone else to do something he would not be willing to do himself. He is a skilled relationship-builder and leads by a method of listening 80% of the time and sharing his perspective 20% of the time.
Ken currently resides in Littleton, Colorado and is proudly a father of 4 beautiful and successful adults. Having accomplished a feat of finishing 3 full marathons, he clearly spends his personal time actively! When he’s not busy helping clients, he enjoys the outdoors by playing softball and attending any kind of live event.
