Dave is a mortgage banker in our Naperville, IL branch. He has 13 years of experience helping people finance their homes. During that time he has worked with young couples buying their first home and retirees looking to pull equity out of their home to enjoy their new found freedom. The focus is always on the borrower’s needs. Dave sees himself as a consultant helping the borrower make the right choice for one of life’s biggest financial decisions.
The Federal Savings Bank is one of the largest privately held mortgage banks in the country. As a veteran owned and operated, FDIC insured bank, the entire lending process is completed in-house. We originate, process, underwrite, and fund loans with our own reserves. This allows our originators the ability to offer their clients a wide array of home financing options while maintaining that local banking feel. Our goal is to provide 100% client satisfaction and to be your mortgage banker for life.
Dave has lived in the Chicago area since he was just a little guy. He loves tending to his garden on weekends and spending time with his grandson. He is happily married to his childhood sweetheart.
