Andre Perez

Andre Perez graduated from Fairfax Highschool in Fairfax, VA and re-located to Miami, FL working in sales and customer service industry. Andre took a few business courses at Miami-Dade College before returning to Virginia and working in the mortgage industry. Andre gained further knowledge working as a mortgage banker assistant and junior processor before making the transition to a mortgage banker.

Having worked in the mortgage industry for the last three years, Andre has gained substantial knowledge and expertise of the loan process. Working as support for mortgage loan originators, Andre developed an understanding of different programs and qualifications associated with each loan file. His role as the main contact for the borrowers, settlement companies, and loan originators entrusted him with the responsibility that the loan process was working efficiently and that closings were all met on time. Learning as a junior processor under different team members allowed Andre to anticipate which loan conditions would be required and how to find solutions for any problem. Learning at these levels gave Andre a clear understanding of the mortgage process. He has incorporated this knowledge into his already exceptional dedication to customer service for many years to come.

Andre resides with his family in the Fair Oaks area of Fairfax, VA. He’s an avid sports fan and enjoys playing team sports such as soccer and basketball when he’s not watching the sport. He’s also fond of the hit NBC show, The Office, and can be heard quoting many characters of the show. In his spare time, he also enjoys taking family out for meals and entertainment, and helps his younger cousins with their studies and assignments.
