Originally from Naperville, Illinois, Joe graduated from Arizona State University in 2025 with a degree in Political Science. He was drawn to the mortgage industry because of the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives by helping them understand their financing options and make informed decisions about their future.
Prior to joining The Federal Savings Bank, Joe built valuable experience in education-focused sales, working with families and educators to provide physical and digital learning resources designed to support children with special needs and learning disabilities. This experience strengthened his communication skills, ability to build relationships, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Although early in his mortgage career, Joe’s charismatic personality, strong work ethic, creativity, and attention to detail allow him to connect with clients and support them throughout the lending process.
Joe believes that family is the foundation of everything he does. He approaches every client interaction with honesty, integrity, and a commitment to acting in their best interests. He understands that purchasing a home is one of the most important financial decisions a person can make and strives to provide guidance, education, and support every step of the way.
Currently residing in Gilbert, Arizona, Joe shares his life with his longtime girlfriend, Ruby, whom he has been with since high school. Family plays a central role in his life, and he remains close with his siblings and extended family. Outside of work, Joe is a passionate Chicago sports fan and proudly supports the Chicago Bears, Chicago Cubs, and Chicago Blackhawks. Whether spending time with loved ones, cheering on his favorite teams, or helping clients pursue their homeownership goals, Joe brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a people-first approach to everything he does.
