Seth Casner comes to The Federal Savings Bank with nearly four decades worth of industry experience and knowledge. His extensive background in the mortgage industry has allowed him the opportunity to help clients find financing that complements their wealth-building strategies and to guide them through the process every step of the way. Seth considers himself to be a “buyer’s mortgage banker” as he prides himself on working with all types of homebuyers who require different levels of support and coaching to achieve homeownership. Seth is a problem solver with a “can do” attitude in this highly regulated industry. He and his team pride themselves on transparency, accessibility and delivering at an extremely high level of service to our partners.

With over 37 years of residential mortgage lending experience, Seth has performed at peak levels, including winning Chairman’s Club status and earning leadership roles, serving the lending needs of builders, homebuyers and real estate professionals. In this capacity, Seth has been responsible for managing and directing the work for a team of mortgage loan consultants. More than just concentrating on what the client wants, Seth intuitively works with them to discover why homeownership is important and how it fits in with their family’s life goals.  He has a great understanding of the clients’ needs and how to customize the loan to meet the clients’ financial goals. He and his team pride themselves on transparency, accessibility and delivering at an extremely high level of service to our partners.
