Michelle Snyder studied Business Communications at Western Michigan University and went on to complete her Realtor licensing at Hondros College. Over her 30-year career in the real estate industry, her list of accomplishments is lengthy. Most notably included are being a founding member of a very successful mortgage center, mentoring several loan originators, and managing various departments from operations and secondary market to sales, all while continuing to close over 30,000 total loan transactions with her team.
As a loan originator, Michelle has a reputation for going the extra miles to find solutions and make things happen for her clients. She is a student of the industry and never stops learning, which allows her to be a mentor to her clients, referral partners, Realtors, and lenders. Her commitment to homeownership advocacy is rooted in helping people understand the benefits of long-term homeownership. Holding communication as paramount in value for herself and her team, Michelle is dedicated to working with her clients so they feel comfortable, walking them through each step, and listening to their needs rather than just telling them what to do. She makes the process completely client-focused, addressing the individual needs of each client to provide personalized and tailored mortgage solutions.
Originally from Marshall, Michigan, Michelle is a huge University of Michigan fan, but currently resides in Wapakoneta, Ohio since moving there in 1992. She is proud to be married to her biggest supporter, Devin. They raised 4 children together, 3 of which are married with children of their own, and they are proud grandparents to 3 grandchildren who call her Lovie. Michelle and Devin enjoy travelling, spending time with the family, boating, shopping, taking care of their 3 fur babies, and enjoying all life has to offer.
