Margaret Ryvin is a graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business with an MBA in corporate finance. Her professional career has been spent exclusively in the residential mortgage industry. After receiving her undergraduate degree in analytical finance from Binghamton University, Margaret spent several years supporting a top mortgage banker, eventually progressing to a supervisory position within mortgage operations, and ultimately to being a mortgage banker herself. Margaret brings her education, superior customer service skills, and knowledge of the mortgage operations process to every loan she handles.
Having worked on both the sales and operations sides of the mortgage business, Margaret is proud of her ability to walk a client through the intricacies and hurdles of the mortgage process. She understands the needs of both prospective homebuyers and existing homeowners, as well as how to apply her experience to achieve those needs quickly, accurately, and professionally with the help of her team at The Federal Savings Bank. She is particularly knowledgeable about lending in co-ops and condos in the Greater NYC area.
Margaret grew up and still resides in southern Brooklyn with her husband and two young sons. On weekends you’ll find the family strolling on the Coney Island boardwalk, picnicking at Marine Park, and spending outdoor time with family and friends. Margaret also loves to spoil the family’s ‘furbabies’, two dogs and a cat.
