Jodie Dalzell comes from a military family, so she has been all over the place! She has had “hometowns” in Alabama, North Dakota, Virginia and even Taiwan. She has earned her A.A.S. Degree and studied at Old Dominion University. Jodie has experience in multiple areas of this industry, including Processing, Underwriting and Closing. She became a Loan Officer in1987 and she hasn’t looked back since.
Jodie comes to The Federal Savings Bank with over 35 years of industry experience. She attributes a lot of her success in this business to being a military dependent. She believes it has made her more empathetic and understanding to those moving to new areas, especially military family members. However, Jodie’s favorite part of this business is the fact that she gets to genuinely help people. Whether it is their first home purchase, they are refinancing their current home or they have subsequent homes elsewhere, Jodie has a true passion for helping people in something as important and meaningful as one’s home. She gets a spark of sunshine and positivity any time she can help a borrower achieve their financial goals. She believes in treating others the way you want to be treated, which is why she is always willing to go the extra mile for her customers!
Jodie currently resides in Williamsburg, VA. In her free time, you can find her spending time outdoors or taking impromptu road trips with her daughter. She also loves spending time with her other family members throughout Virginia.
