Jacob Rose was born in Iowa and grew up in Arizona where he went to school and soon thereafter started his financial career. Jacob has always had a passion for helping others, and since joining this industry, he has found plenty of success and joy in it. Jacob comes to The Federal Savings Bank with a wealth of industry knowledge and mortgage experience, and he is eager to put it to use here with us!
Jacob has over 15 years of sales and mortgage experience and quickly developed a name for himself by helping thousands of clients achieve their financial goals, becoming a nationally ranked and award-winning mortgage banker year after year. Jacob has held many titles in the mortgage industry from a loan officer to a sales manager to a branch manager, which makes him very helpful and knowledgeable through the entire process and he is confident in his ability to find the best options for YOU. He truly cares about each and every client he helps out, going out of his way to ensure they get the absolute best experience from start to finish, as he understands having someone who cares and knows what they’re doing in your corner helps make the process a lot easier and less stressful.
Jacob currently resides on his lake property in north Georgia with his wife and 3 dogs. In his free time, you can find him spending quality time with his family or in the gym, playing sports or doing anything outdoors.
