Albert Matz is a former US Marine and Gulf War Veteran. After leaving the service, he began his career as a loan officer for a small regional lender in Florida. After several years, Albert relocated to Boston where he continued to build his career in the mortgage and financial services industry. Throughout his career, he has worked in both primary and secondary markets advising borrowers, brokers and lenders. Albert continues to work in the mortgage and financial services industry as a trusted and reliable Mortgage Banker and Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS).
Albert has more than 18 years of experience across multiple disciplines and channels of the mortgage and financial services industry. He has a thorough knowledge of Government Mortgages such as FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional Mortgages including Freddie and Fannie as well as other secondary market participants. Albert’s goal is to guide his clients through the mortgage process with extreme confidence and efficiency. He accomplishes this by staying on top of mortgage industry changes and continuing education for himself and his clients. Whether a first-time homebuyer, seasoned investor or fall somewhere in between, Albert looks forward to serving his clients with transparency and integrity.
Albert resides in Boston, MA with his better half of more than 10 years and their 4 rescue dogs. When not working or rescuing dogs, he loves fishing, scuba diving, hiking and everything outdoors.
