Michael Crossett

Michael Crossett is an Executive Vice President at The Federal Savings Bank. He oversees retail and HECM mortgage sales nationwide. Since joining The Federal Savings bank as a Mortgage Banker, Michael consistently ranked among the top producers for both loan origination and loan quality, thus resulting in his rapid promotions throughout the years. Michael was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2012 and became one of the two youngest partners in the history of the firm. He now leads a team of over 120 retail and HECM bankers, as well as support staff around the nation.

Michael graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Systems Engineering and was a 4-year Varsity Lacrosse letterman. After being commissioned as an Army Officer, Michael graduated from the U.S. Army Aviation Flight School, Airborne School, and Pathfinder School. During his 9-year Army career, Michael served in Army Aviation primarily flying the AH-1 Cobra and AH-64 Apache Attack Helicopters. He finished his Army service as an Apache Helicopter Headquarters Company Commander and was selected for early promotion to Major, an honor bestowed to only the top 3% of his peers.

Michael currently resides in Naperville, Illinois and is originally from Syracuse, New York. He lives with his amazing wife, 2 beautiful daughters, and loving goldendoodle. When not working, Mike enjoys reading, boating, golfing, exercise, and real estate investing.
