William Mulholland

William (Bill) Mulholland was born in Washington, D.C., and grew up in Bethesda, Maryland.  He attended Our Lady of Mercy Catholic School, Winston Churchill High School and received a BS/BA with a Marketing concentration from East Carolina University while working to finance his education.  Bill was hired out of college by Jordan Graphics, a business form manufacturer based in Charlotte.  Initially based in Greensboro, Bill worked throughout North Carolina, Virginia and Maryland territories, managing several offices.  As technology developed and changed, Bill moved in the Internet services market selling various services to businesses.

In 2003 Bill joined entered the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer and learned various platforms in marketing mortgages.  He continued to build on that knowledge with every employer he moved onto.  Bill is excited to be able to bring all of his previous knowledge and experience to us here at The Federal Savings Bank mortgage team as it offers a dynamic product mix with excellent execution! Bill is a trustworthy and successful professional, and anybody who has the opportunity to work with him will realize this almost immediately.

Bill resides in Silver Spring, Maryland with Allison, his wife of almost 26 years.  Bill and Allison have six children:  Peter, 25, commercial lending underwriter, Nick, 23, Project Manager, Edward, 22, US ARMY Special Operation Selection, Brigid, 20, St Mary’s College of MD, Quinlan, Sophomore at Heights School, and Reagan, 6th grade at St. John the Evangelist School.  Bill has been very active in his Parish with several committees and the parish school. He is currently President of the HSA and has coached throughout his children’s time at the school.   Once an avid golfer, Bill also tries to get back on the course occasionally and enjoys spending time with his family.
