Peter Singh

Peter Singh was born in Chicago and grew up in the nearby suburb of Des Plaines, IL. He went to college for business and finance, but an opportunity arose to become a business owner and he entered the workforce with his father in the electroplating industry. However, he always knew that his calling was in sales. Once the business was up and running, he turned his sights on a new career in the mortgage industry and has not looked back since.

With more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Peter has gained a lot of mortgage-related knowledge and has helped hundreds of customers secure home financing with various loan programs. He takes the necessary time to understand his customers’ immediate and long-term goals and works hard to find the best financial solution available to achieve their objectives. Peter understands how confusing the home buying process can be and prides himself on simplifying it for each customer by walking them through every step of the process along the way. He particularly enjoys helping Veterans, who often are not aware of the full benefits offered to them. His outlook is best summed up in his own words – “I truly enjoy helping people, and to be able to make a living doing it is a pretty great way to spend my workdays.”

Peter has lived in the city of Chicago for over 20 years and enjoys trying out new restaurants and taking in all the sights the city has to offer. He has made some great connections during that time which allows him to extend these connections further to his clients. When he’s not working, he likes to participate in community activities such as organized clean-ups and neighborhood restorations to give back to the city he calls home.
