Lonnie Johnson, a native of Syracuse, New York, is a seasoned mortgage professional with a strong foundation in both education and athletics. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University’s prestigious Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, along with a minor from the School of Human Ecology. He later completed a master’s degree in Sports Management at Gardner-Webb University. While attending both universities, Lonnie also competed as a Division I football player—an experience that shaped his drive and discipline. Now based in Charlotte, North Carolina, he has built a solid career in mortgage lending and financial services over the past decade.

With nearly ten years of experience as a Senior Loan Officer licensed in over 40 states, Lonnie has developed deep expertise in the mortgage industry. He has helped a wide range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors—navigate the lending process with confidence through refinancing and purchasing. His background in both sales and customer service allows him to take a personalized approach, ensuring each client receives the guidance and attention they need to make informed decisions. Outside of work, Lonnie is a devoted father who values family above all.
