Kevin Kaspers was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. He attended Indiana University, and graduated with a degree in Business Management. Right after college Kevin started working in the mortgage industry as a loan officer, and has been in the mortgage industry ever since. He’s worked for banks and mortgage companies and has experience with all sorts of borrowers.
For the past 10 years, Kevin has been assisting borrowers with their home purchases and refinances. He specializes in first-time home buyers and governmental loans. Kevin tries to make the mortgage experience as easy as possible by educating each borrower on the products and mortgage process. Kevin chose The Federal Savings Bank because it allows him to offer a wide array of products and rates to his clients.
Kevin stays very active while living in Chicago by joining multiple clubs and participating in sporting activities. During the summer months he plays in beach volleyball and softball leagues. To stay in shape Kevin boxes and has participated in Broker Boxing in past years. He spends a lot of time with his parents, grandparents, and siblings whom all still reside in the Chicagoland area. He is a big Chicago sports fan – supporting the Bears, Blackhawks, Bulls, and Cubs.
