James Lott attended Regis University in Denver, Colorado where he studied business administration and finance. After obtaining his degree, he began his career in the consumer-packaged goods industry with the largest snack food brand where he was quickly promoted to a District Sales Leader.
After relocating to Arizona, James took his talents and went to work for the largest mortgage company in the country and quickly became a brand name within the mortgage industry by delivering a high level of client satisfaction. There he excelled and became a top-level Senior banker within the organization. Having helped hundreds of people refinance their homes, he knows the importance of helping each customer understand the loan process and simplify it as much as possible. Because of his extensive knowledge of available loan programs, James is a mortgage banker that can help with any mortgage situation. His goal with each customer is not only to be their banker today but also to provide a superior borrower experience to earn their business for life.
James was born and raised in Southern California, and now resides in Phoenix, Arizona. In his spare time, he is actively involved with his local community and church. He enjoys spending time with family and keeps busy with activities such as working out, hiking, and traveling abroad as often as possible.
