David Paredes is a Vice President with The Federal Savings Bank, bringing more than 26 years of mortgage industry experience to his role. Throughout his career, David has served as a Loan Officer, Underwriter, Processor, Trainer, and Sales Director, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the lending process. He studied Finance and Economics at Fordham University’s Rose Hill campus in the Bronx, with a minor in Management. With experience across nearly every stage of mortgage lending, David takes pride in simplifying complex information and helping clients better understand the financing process.
For more than 15 years, David has developed a particular focus on VA lending and has built lasting relationships with veterans, repeat homebuyers, homeowners looking to refinance, and clients referred by those he has previously served. He believes in explaining financing options in straightforward terms, being transparent about both opportunities and challenges, and treating every client with the same care he would extend to family. David’s commitment to his clients continues beyond closing, and many stay connected with him for years or confidently refer friends and family to him.

Originally from New York, David now resides in West Hollywood, California, with his two children, Camila and Lucas. He remains a devoted New York Knicks fan and enjoys spending his free time outdoors, traveling, and exploring new cities and trails. Whether working with clients or planning his next adventure, David brings an approachable personality, a sense of humor, and a genuine appreciation for building lasting relationships.
