Christa Sweeney

Christa Sweeney is originally from South Central Wisconsin and now resides in Southwest Florida. She attended Purdue University and the University of Wisconsin–Madison before building a successful career in the title industry. In 2007, Christa transitioned into mortgage lending, bringing with her a strong foundation in real estate transactions and client service. Throughout her career, she has remained actively involved in her community and industry, serving in leadership roles including Past President of the Women’s Council of Builders in Madison, Past President of the Sertoma Club of Sarasota, President of Sertoma Kids, Inc., and Vice President of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Venice, Florida. She is also involved with local REALTOR® associations and chambers of commerce and has received recognition from several industry and community organizations for her contributions and service.

Christa is committed to helping individuals and families navigate the mortgage process with confidence through clear communication, transparency, and dependable service. She believes that keeping clients and referral partners informed, understanding their unique needs, and following through on commitments are essential to a successful loan experience. Drawing on her extensive background in the title and mortgage industries, Christa strives to provide personalized guidance and make each transaction as smooth and straightforward as possible while building lasting relationships based on trust and reliability.

Outside of work, Christa enjoys spending time with her husband, boating, golfing, and caring for their two Goldendoodles. A proud Big Ten sports fan, she enjoys cheering on her favorite teams and staying connected to her Midwestern roots. She is also delighted to have welcomed her first granddaughter and looks forward to making special memories with her growing family.
