A proud graduate of Norfolk State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing, Chantal has always been passionate about helping people build brighter futures through smart, informed decisions. Her diverse professional background includes serving as an Appraiser for her hometown’s Assessor’s Office, a Land Acquisitions Analyst, and a Permit Technician for a custom home builder in Suffolk, Virginia. This unique experience gives her clients the advantage of working with someone who understands real estate from every angle — tax assessments, land development, and financing — ensuring that no detail is overlooked in the lending process.

In 2024, Chantal expanded her expertise into mortgage lending after recognizing how many buyers with less-than-perfect credit were being dismissed or discouraged. Determined to change that, she built her lending philosophy around education, empathy, and empowerment. Based in Hampton Roads, Virginia, Chantal is a fiancée, daughter of a breast cancer survivor, and proud homeowner of more than 17 years.
