Bernard Kacenberg completed his studies in Israel graduating with degrees in Accounting and Rabbinical studies. After graduating, Bernard emigrated to US where he started his career at a Wall Street firm working in portfolio performance reporting. After a few years working as a Fiscal Officer in large community education system, he made a career change to the mortgage financing.

Bernard brings 25 years of experience to The Federal Savings Bank. Throughout his career, he as built valuable relationships with industry leaders including realtors and attorneys. Bernard enjoys helping first time homebuyers achieve the dream of homeownership. To help them accomplish their dream, he relies on his knowledge and experience to find the best loan program that meets their immediate and long term goals. Bernard focuses on building personal relationships with clients, and due to his commitment to each client he has developed a reputation as an honesty and reliable mortgage professional.

Bernard resides in Brooklyn, NY with his wife, children and grandchildren. When he is away from work, he is active in community, and sits on various boards focused on education and religious activities. Bernard enjoys classical music and reading about current American events, especially politics and UK politics.
