After graduating, Bernard emigrated to US where he started his career at a Wall Street firm working in portfolio performance reporting. After a few years working as a Fiscal Officer in large community education system, he made a career change to the mortgage financing.
Bernard brings 25 years of experience to The Federal Savings Bank. Throughout his career, he as built valuable relationships with industry leaders including realtors and attorneys. Bernard enjoys helping first time homebuyers achieve the dream of homeownership. Bernard resides in Brooklyn, NY with his wife, children and grandchildren. When he is away from work, he is active in community, and sits on various boards focused on education and religious activities.
