Adam Zach

Adam Zach is a Mortgage Banker with The Federal Savings Bank, bringing a diverse background in engineering, entrepreneurship, and real estate to his role. Raised in the Midwest, Adam earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of North Dakota. He spent a decade working as a civil engineer and became a licensed Professional Engineer before transitioning into full-time entrepreneurship. Based in Fargo, North Dakota, Adam has founded and operated several real-estate-related businesses, built an investment property portfolio, and gained firsthand experience helping families explore alternative paths to homeownership.

Adam brings a creative, problem-solving approach to mortgage lending and is passionate about helping clients understand the financing options available to them, particularly when the traditional path to homeownership may not be straightforward. His experience as an entrepreneur and real estate investor provides him with practical insight into the needs of clients purchasing primary residences as well as investment properties. Adam takes the time to understand each client’s individual goals and strives to provide clear guidance and personalized solutions throughout the financing process.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and three children in Fargo. He is an avid chess player and disc golfer and enjoys connecting with fellow entrepreneurs, exchanging business ideas, and continuing to learn about real estate investing. His curiosity, analytical mindset, and passion for problem-solving influence both his professional approach and his interests outside of work.
