Bit by the travel bug in the early adult years, Adam spent his 20’s backpacking around the world. He was able to explore Europe, Asia and Central America before returning to his hometown in Buffalo, NY. At 25, he was an Alaskan tour guide; teaching people about the wilderness of interior Alaska on a train that traveled 400 miles daily from Anchorage to Fairbanks. “My life goal is to look back and think, ‘that was fun’, instead of saying ‘I wish I did…‘” The realization of this statement gave Adam a passion to help other people do the same. It was through traveling that Adam realized he has an ability to relate to people from all walks of life and to help them feel comfortable in any situation.

Adam began in the mortgage industry as a loan officer assistant in Non-QM and Jumbo loans. His responsibilities were to find nontraditional ways to help qualify self-employed borrowers and business owners through bank statements or other means of income that would not necessarily qualify through more traditional methods. He also specialized in securing rehab loans to help investors purchase “fixer uppers.” In most recent years, Adam worked as a loan officer directly with veterans to navigate VA loans with both purchasing and refinancing their home. Adam knows that buying your first home is one of the biggest and greatest decisions you can make for yourself and your family. He believes there is no greater feeling than hearing the excitement in someone’s voice when they are about to get the keys to their new home. He understands that the process of getting a home loan can be confusing and takes great pride in helping people understand the process every step of the way.

Adam currently resides in San Diego, CA where he spends his free time hiking, rock climbing and exploring nature. He also enjoys spending quality time with family and friends whenever the opportunity arises.
