Alex Perez began his Loan Officer career in the year of 2000. He was rookie of the year after just one year with the first company he worked at. He became a correspondent branch for this company since he had over forty-six people in the office. In 2006, Alex became a mortgage banker and a President for his mortgage company where he ran a very successful branch. The financial industry is what has always been Alex’s true passion. In July of 2019 he joined The Federal Savings Bank.
Alex has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to achieve their financial goals. He prides himself on taking the time needed to understand his customers’ immediate and long-term goals, finding the best financial solution to achieve their objectives. Having helped hundreds of clients, he understands how confusing the home buying process can be and he works hard to walk each client through the process in an organized and efficient manner. Alex Perez’s hobbies include playing and watching soccer. He loves traveling as well although he doesn’t have much time for it because he likes to keep himself busy.
