Gavin Lomas

Gavin began his career in the financial industry at 18, working full time in banking while pursuing studies in business administration and finance. He demonstrated early entrepreneurial drive, launching several small business ventures throughout high school and serving as CEO of his school’s Virtual Enterprise International program, where he led a team of more than 30 students. His interest in real estate grew alongside his banking experience, leading him to gain hands-on exposure as both a Realtor and property manager. These combined experiences gave him a strong foundation in client service, real estate, and the home-buying process. Wanting to continue helping people navigate homeownership in a more direct and meaningful way, he transitioned into mortgage lending with The Federal Savings Bank.

Gavin’s approach to mortgage lending is grounded in clear communication, strong financial literacy, and a deep understanding of the home-buying process from multiple angles. His background in banking, real estate, entrepreneurship, and property management gives him a unique ability to anticipate client needs and simplify complex decisions. He is known for his responsiveness, calm presence, and commitment to guiding clients with clarity and confidence. He works with a wide range of borrowers—including many Veterans and retirees—providing thoughtful, client-first service tailored to each individual’s goals.

Outside of work, Gavin enjoys spending time with his fiancée and recently relocated from Michigan to Myrtle Beach to be closer to family. He loves traveling, reading, spending time at the beach, and getting out on the water to fish. When he’s not working with clients, you can often find him playing chess or organizing just about anything he can get his hands on.
