Kimber Patrick

Kimber Patrick graduated from Cal State University, Fullerton with a degree in Psychology. After obtaining her degree, Kimber began her career in real estate.  While living in Orange County, California, Kimber sold real estate for 5 years. Focusing initially on resale and then new home builder sales. In 1992, Kimber entered mortgage lending and financial services holding positions ranging from retail origination to wholesale account executive to founding CEO of a major FINTECH corporation. In 2020, Kimber relocated to Tennessee where she continued to build her career as a Mortgage Banker working with families who were acquiring their first time home to working with investors building generational wealth through real estate investment portfolios. 

With over 33 years of real estate and mortgage lending experience, Kimber has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to achieve their financial goals.  Kimber prides herself on taking the time needed to understand her customers’ immediate and long-term goals, finding the best financial solution to achieve their objectives. Having helped hundreds of clients, she understands how confusing the home buying process can be, and she works hard to walk each client through the process in an organized and efficient manner. Kimber resides in White House, Tennessee. She is active in her church and community.  Combining her love for the outdoors and commitment to good health, Kimber can be found most mornings walking with her dogs prior to her time at the gym. Kimber enjoys bird watching and gardening as well as cooking for her family.
