Chris Markowski is a Mortgage Banker with The Federal Savings Bank, bringing a diverse professional background across mortgage lending, financial sales, technology, and operational leadership. In his role, Chris takes a consultative approach to helping clients navigate the mortgage process, carefully evaluating each borrower’s financial profile, credit standing, and goals to identify lending solutions tailored to their needs. He is committed to providing clear financial education, transparent communication, and a high level of service while maintaining efficiency and compliance throughout the lending process.

Prior to joining The Federal Savings Bank, Chris built extensive experience across several major organizations. He served as an Inside Loan Officer with loan Depot, where he managed mortgage originations, lead conversions, and multi-state pipelines. His career also includes senior sales roles with Google Cloud, where he developed enterprise sales strategies, managed complex client relationships, and supported territory growth. Earlier in his career, Chris worked in operations and inventory analysis with Nammo Defense Systems and spent nearly a decade with eBay in leadership positions spanning operations, financial analytics, risk management, partner sales, and account growth. This broad experience allows him to bring both analytical discipline and a client-focused perspective to mortgage lending.

Outside of work, Chris is passionate about giving back to his community. He is an advocate for animal welfare and volunteers with animal rescue initiatives. He also supports local shelters serving battered women, contributing his time and resources to individuals and families in need. Chris brings the same values of service, compassion, and commitment to his community involvement that guide the relationships he builds with his clients.
