Donald Sims brings nearly a decade of mortgage lending experience and a strong commitment to helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. After beginning his professional career in law enforcement following high school graduation in 2013, Donald transitioned into the mortgage industry in 2016 as a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) Specialist. Through dedication, hard work, and a passion for serving others, he advanced into the role of Mortgage Banker, where he is known for making the lending process straightforward, educating borrowers on their financing options, and providing exceptional service every step of the way. At The Federal Savings Bank, Donald is committed to delivering personalized mortgage solutions while building lasting relationships founded on trust, integrity, and clear communication.

Donald believes that every client deserves a lending experience that is transparent, informative, and tailored to their unique financial goals. Outside of work, Donald enjoys spending time with his wife of nine years and their two children, who are the center of his life. He is also a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and the owner and head instructor of a local academy in his hometown, where he mentors students of all ages while promoting confidence, discipline, and personal growth. Whether helping clients achieve homeownership or coaching students on the mat, Donald is passionate about making a positive impact and serving his community with dedication and integrity.
