From 2009 to 2014, Vanzell proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, retiring as a Sergeant after five years of honorable service as a Combat Electrician. Stationed in Okinawa, Japan, he supported mission-critical power, technology, and communications systems while also mentoring junior Marines and participating in joint training efforts with allied foreign military forces. These experiences helped shape his leadership abilities, discipline, and global perspective. He is especially passionate about supporting veterans and military families as they pursue homeownership.
Outside of work, Vanzell is a devoted husband and family-oriented individual who values discipline, growth, and lifelong learning. He is a committed fitness enthusiast and enjoys staying active both mentally and physically. Vanzell also has a strong interest in the vintage and modern trading card market, where he collects, researches, and sells cards—an interest that reflects his attention to detail, market awareness, and appreciation for long-term value.
