Ryan Farhat joined The Federal Savings Bank in 2011 as Regional Senior Vice President. He currently oversees loan production offices in Oakbrook, IL; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; Columbia, MD; Nashville, TN; Tampa Bay, FL; and Detroit, MI for the Consumer Direct Division.
As a leader, Ryan leads by example through effective and timely communication. He manages best working alongside his bankers on the ground level. This allows him to relate to his team personally, implement their ideas, and as a result, create opportunities and fuel career growth.
Ryan has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. He has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Western Michigan University.
Ryan is originally from Okemos, Michigan, near East Lansing – home of the Michigan State Spartans who he remains to be loyal fan of. He recently moved to Tennessee with his wife Carrie and his two boys. When not working, he enjoys playing golf, spending time outdoors, and traveling with his family.
