Since earning his degrees in finance and economics from Western Michigan University in 2001, Ryan has spent more than 23 years contributing to and building high-performing lending teams. He has held various roles, from Mortgage Banker to VP, SVP, Regional SVP, and now, EVP and National Director of Consumer Direct.
Ryan leads with a focus on efficiency and innovation, constantly refining processes that empower his teams to outperform the competition. With his wealth of experience and dedication to excellence, he continues to expand his team into one of the nation’s largest consumer direct platforms.
Originally from mid-Michigan, Ryan now lives in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife, Carrie, and their two sons, Gavin and Gage. Away from the office, he enjoys time on the water, outdoor adventures with his family, and Nashville’s vibrant music scene.
