As Divisional Senior Vice President, Robert manages a large team of experienced lending professionals around the country. Robert’s innovative thought leadership has provided numerous opportunities for his team to grow and prosper throughout his tenure.
Robert has over 24 years of experience in the mortgage industry including working as a Division Manager at American Bank and Branch Manager at RBC Mortgage. Prior to being introduced to the mortgage industry, he was a college football coach. Robert attended Rowan University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Robert cultivates a work environment that promotes innovative thinking, creativity and a commitment to the team’s customer base of real estate agents and builders. He found that his coaching experience has enabled him to identify individuals’ specific talents to help them realize their full potential.
Robert resides with his family on the Jersey shore in an area lovingly referred to as the Irish Riviera. He serves on the executive board of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick. When he is not working or serving in various civic duties, Robert enjoys spending time with family and friends.
