Howard Korey joined The Federal Savings Bank in 2014 and is currently the Director of Strategic Marketing and Customer Experience. He has successfully managed the marketing, lead management, data analytics, and strategic planning for the Consumer Direct Mortgage division as well as the Loan Officer Compliance Monitoring program. His involvement has led to an increase in profits and a strengthening of the relationship with customers.
Howard is an empathetic leader, who believes that accountability paired with not taking things too seriously brings out the best in people. He sets high and clear performance expectations for his team and bundles them with a collaborative approach, trust, and full support.
He brings to the table over 30 years of experience in strategic marketing and relationship management. He started off his career at GE, worked at SBC/AT&T, and then spent over 10 years at HSBC, prior to joining The Federal Savings Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois.
Outside of work, Howard enjoys volunteering, cooking, running, traveling, and collecting sports memorabilia. He is married and has two daughters. He resides in the Chicagoland area with his wife, a writer.
