Daniel Semenak is an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at The Federal Savings Bank. He first joined the company in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer and has played a critical part in the growth of the bank. In his current role, he is the person who makes sure every single department operates effectively and efficiently.
Daniel holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and brings over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. He worked for 14 years at Corus Bankshares, Inc, where he was First Vice President. Later, he became Vice President at Affirmative Insurance and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at DuPage National Bank.
While he still enjoys visiting his birthplace of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Daniel loves living on Chicago’s north side. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and is a Volunteer Coach at his son’s youth basketball and baseball teams. He served on the Board of Directors for many years for both the Neighborhood Boys and Girls Club and the Wells Park Parents Association.
