Andrew Chojnowski joined The Federal Savings Bank in 2012 as the Chief Operating Officer of Home Lending. He oversees all Operational departments related to residential mortgage lending such as Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Post-Closing, Compliance, Condo/co-op review, and Training.
Andrew has a clear vision on how to build, motivate, and lead a team. He believes leading by example and delegating tasks are meaningful for his team members to gain knowledge and experience to become leaders themselves in the future. He motivates his team by bringing a holistic vision on explaining the “why” behind it all to navigate as a team towards the same goal of delivering a great experience to our customers.
With over 19 years of residential mortgage lending experience, he has a proven track record of effectively improving the loan manufacturing process by implementing transparency and accountability objectives. Prior to joining The Federal Savings Bank, he worked at U.S. Bank and Guaranteed Rate. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University.
When not working, Andrew enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and deeply enjoys watching his two girls play soccer and basketball.
