Based in Miami, Sam Ghamlouche worked in the legal and construction industries before pivoting to lending. Sam graduated with his Masters of International Business from Florida International University (FIU) in Miami, Florida. While at FIU, Sam concentrated his coursework on business process design, corporate negotiations, and global strategy.

Working with The Federal Savings Bank allows Sam to provide solutions backed by an institutionally respected lender adept at meeting client needs through diverse, comprehensive services. Through his experience in the legal and construction management fields, he has honed his skills in commonsense customer service, clear and concise communication, and ethics compliance. Sam’s transition into the lending arena can be characterized by a willingness to understand customer needs and offer lending solutions that eliminate fear, reduce uncertainty, and ensure transparency throughout the lending process — all while ensuring unwavering ethical standards.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys fishing, cycling, and golfing, among many other hobbies. He speaks fluent Arabic and English, and he’s always listening to an audiobook.
