Lance Cameron lives in the hustle and bustle of Southern California. After graduating high school, Lance was set for college as a medical student with the plans of becoming an Anesthesiologist. He took a part time job in Newport Beach California as a Commercial Loan Representative. After one year of medical school, he changed his major to Real Estate Finance and Business Finance and never looked back.
Lance has been in the Mortgage Banking Industry for over thirty-eight years. Back in 2016, Lance and his wife decided to retire from the lending aspect of real estate, sold a few assets and began to slow down. Within a year or so, he was receiving so many calls from past clients, friends, and business associates that he decided to return to the industry and start helping his longtime friends with their financial needs. He has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to achieve their short and long-term financial goals.
Lance is happily married to Cindy, his wife of thirty-five years. They have two grown boys both married and two granddaughters that are the best gift God has ever given them and the light of their lives! Lance and his family are members at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills. He is a huge Los Angeles Dodger fan and loves to fish, hunt, and four-wheel with family and friends.
