Kevin Beard graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University with a degree in Biology. After graduating, Kevin spent several years at a major banking institution in their credit division where he specialized in debt consolidation and credit repair. Thereafter, Kevin worked as a finance specialist in the heavy equipment industry before leaving to join the mortgage industry.
After eight years as a mortgage banker at various companies, Kevin has earned numerous awards. Kevin was repeatedly recognized as a President’s Club member, an award given to those with exceptional loan funding numbers and customer experience scores. Because of his extensive knowledge of financing, real estate and lending guidelines, Kevin offers a unique and comprehensive understanding of the home buying process.
Outside of work, Kevin keeps busy with frequent trips to the dog park with his German/Australian shepherd mix. In his free time, he enjoys kayaking, camping, and playing in an adult kickball league.
