Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Ed Dunn has over 30 years of professional experience in areas that include military service, retail management, and consumer finance. Ed has a true passion of making the American Dream of Homeownership a reality for the well deserving families, which is why he feels that he fits in perfectly here at The Federal Savings Bank.
Ed has a knack for dealing with manufactured and modular homes, primarily land/home and construction-to-permanent home loans, as he enjoys helping clients through the process of getting their dream home from the ground up. Ed understands that clients and their financial situations and goals vary from person to person, which is why he always takes the necessary time to speak with and listen to his clients so he can better understand them and their needs. Anybody who has the opportunity to work with Ed will soon realize they are in the hands of a knowledgeable, caring and enthusiastic professional.
When Ed is not in the office or work mode, he is fortunate and blessed to have an extremely supportive wife by his side, along with 3 daughters (aged 26, 25, & 9) and 3 crazy but lovable dogs. Ed enjoys volunteering at his youngest daughter’s school, as well as cooking and BBQ-ing on a nightly basis, but especially for entertaining purposes. Stepping away for some “Ed time”, he is passionate about playing and watching golf and being able to hit the water for his next big catch.
