Arthur Cuellar was born and raised in Southern California. He attended Whittier College where he graduated with a degree in Political Science. Arthur has played sports since the age of 9, which instilled in him competitiveness and the drive to be the best. He carries that drive into every day here at The Federal Savings Bank.
Art has been in the mortgage industry for 24 years and brings a high level of energy and passion to this company. Over the years he has helped thousands of customers achieve their financial goals. Whether it is a new home purchase, debt consolidation or just lowering a customer’s monthly mortgage payment, he has the experience and know-how to structure a loan to maximize the benefit for his customers. Art understands that the refinance process can be a stressful journey, so he goes out of his way to maintain constant communication with his customers, all the way to the finish line.
In his free time, Art enjoys spending time with his wife of 10 years and his two kids. They enjoy riding bikes at the beach and annual trips to the mountains to snowboard.
