Art grew up in Wellesley, MA. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Notre Dame. After graduation he lived in Boston, and was the radio play by play voice of the Boston University Terriers from 1976 to 1979. Art moved to Chicago in 1979, and became an account executive for several office product companies.

In 2012, Art joined The Federal Savings Bank. By joining one of the most professional, experienced, and financially sound lenders in America today, Art is able to provide the client with the best possible service at some of the lowest interest rates in the marketplace. The Federal Savings Bank has many advantages over both mortgage brokers and typical retail banks. The Federal Savings Bank does everything in house from the initial client consultation to the personal delivery of the loan closing check. This allows us to have more control over the entire lending process so we are not at the mercy of a third party for these services. Furthermore, we have access to wholesale rates which are lower than rates quoted by both mortgage brokers and retail banks.

Because 100% of my business comes from referrals, it is my promise to make these referral sources proud that they referred me to their clients and friends. The finest compliment I can ever receive is a referral from a real estate associate, trusted adviser, or previous client.
