Wayne Spindler graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. After completing his degree, he began his extensive career in mortgage lending and financial services. Prior to joining The Federal Savings Bank, Wayne spent several years as a loan officer focusing on helping veterans access their VA home loan benefits.
With several years of mortgage lending experience, Wayne has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to achieve their financial goals. He is known for taking the time needed to understand his borrowers’ immediate and long-term financial goals and finding the best solution to meet their needs. Wayne currently resides in Sykesville, Maryland with his fiancé, Meghan. He is a passionate Baltimore sports fan and he enjoys skiing and golfing in his free time.
