Tonya Flatt has been assisting and guiding customers to accomplish their mortgage goals for over 10 years. Tonya grew up in Minnesota playing both softball and basketball, which led her to both academic and athletic college scholarships. Upon her completion of a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Tonya chose to pursue a profession in mortgages that would allow her to extend her knowledge in helping meet the needs of customers. Tonya worked for one of the worlds largest financial institutions for the past 10 years and has now made her home at The Federal Savings Bank. She is one of the nations premier experts in VA Lending and Home Purchases.
Not only devoting her time to mortgages, Tonya also finds time to assist with the developmental handicapped children through respite care. She enjoys spending time with her 13 year old son and is actively involved with his football and basketball club activities. Tonya competes in cross-fit training and has resided in Arizona for the past 15 years.
