Samantha Esparza was born and raised in Aguascalientes, Mexico. She moved here to the U.S. when she was 17. She studied at the University of Phoenix and St. Augustine College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in finance, as well as an associate degree in accounting. Her background, coupled with her passion for helping others, led her to the mortgage industry over 15 years ago. She hasn’t looked back since!
Samantha has 16 years of industry experience from all angles of this business, ranging from processing and underwriting to Compliance Specialist and Support Manager. She even earned the IMBA Best in the Biz Award back in 2019 for her work as a Loan Officer Assistant. Samantha knows this industry and the loan process like the back of her hand, and she utilizes that knowledge to help put each one of her clients in the best possible position for financial success. Samantha truly takes pride in her work and will do everything in her power to make this journey as smooth and seamless as possible.
Samantha has 2 daughters and a Labradoodle named Cooper. In her free time, you can find Samantha staying healthy by training for marathons or staying spiritually connected through yoga. She also enjoys golfing, reading, and visiting different coffee houses!
