Marcos Fermin was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. Upon earning his degree, he entered the financial industry, gaining experience in retail banking, underwriting, and brokering. However, he found his passion in mortgage lending and has thrived ever since.
With over 10 years of experience in finance, Marcos understands that buying or refinancing a home is one of the most important decisions in anyone’s life and can create tough decisions and deadlines that can be stressful. Regardless of the challenges, his commitment and expertise make the process easy and informative for each of his clients. His goal is to make sure that his clients’ hands are held every step of the way as if they were family, and to create a life-long relationship as their mortgage banker.
When Marcos is not busy helping clients, he prefers spending his down time staying fit at the gym. He also enjoys going to the beach and spending time with his family.
